Managing & Technical DirectorDavid began developing software commercially while still a teenager at school. Always wanting to use innovative technology his first business venture provided fact-find, needs analysis and quotation software on early laptops for the finance industry. Armed with a wealth of experience he then became established as a system architect for a major financial services institution. Recognising the potential of the internet in the mid 1990’s, David went on to found Vega Solutions, developing web portal and banking solutions for the offshore private wealth industry.
Following the merger of Acusoft, Fusion System and Vega Solutions David was appointed MD/CTO for Vega Technology and relocated to be based full time in Guernsey.

Chief Commercial OfficerWith over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Andy is a seasoned executive and leader in the SaaS and cloud computing sector. As the CCO at Vega Technology, he is responsible for commercial strategy and growth, expanding the company's presence in existing and new markets, and managing customer success.
He leverages his skills in strategic planning, leadership, and customer relationship management to achieve the company’s objectives.
Previously, he was the Chief Revenue Officer at Tax Computer Systems Ltd, where he led the growth strategy for their SaaS software technology and helped them increase their customer base and revenue by over 300%. He also served as a Non-Executive Director at CloudCoCo Plc, where he advised and supported the board on business development and governance issues.
He is passionate about assisting organisations in transforming their IT infrastructure through innovative technology and best practices. His core beliefs are collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and he strives to embody these qualities in every project and partnership he undertakes.

With extensive experience across Technology, SaaS, and Cyber Security, Dave is known for his expertise in sales strategy and business transformation. His approach is built on customer focus, collaboration, and innovation, with a strong commitment to driving sustainable growth and long-term success.
Before joining Vega, Dave held senior leadership positions with a number of high-growth technology companies, including LogMeIn, Firebrand, Divido, PortSwigger, and Bridewell.
In addition to his commercial experience, Dave is an accomplished international speaker and published author, regularly sharing his insights on leadership, technology, and the evolving digital landscape.

Over the last decade, he has specialised in Tax Technology, supporting corporate and professional services firms with increasingly complex regulatory and compliance requirements. Working across Vega Technology’s UK and Guernsey operations, Raj combines strong commercial expertise with a consultative, technology-led approach and a detailed understanding of the sector’s operational and compliance challenges.
With an ACCA qualification and broad exposure within the Microsoft channel, Raj brings experience that extends beyond traditional sales, including senior consulting expertise and a strong understanding of how technology can support efficiency, compliance and long-term business growth.
As New Business Sales Director, Raj leads the full commercial cycle, building trusted long-term relationships with clients and partners alike. Recognised for his approachable leadership style and ability to engage stakeholders at every level, he focuses on helping organisations adopt technology that improves efficiency, supports compliance and enables sustainable growth.
